TV tattoo artist Kat Von D has expanded her makeup line at Sephora with two sister fragrances, Saint and Sinner. Cute concept (although it isn't the first time it's been done), and one that lends itself quite well to fun packaging.Honestly, the packaging is what I was after when I sought out the Kat Von D fragrances at Sephora.
